This is a hidden gem! A small l, quaint restaurant right inside the Karuizawa station (outside the main station building, on the ground floor). It instantly gives off warm and fuzzy vibes. The restaurant is pretty small with around 6-7 tables. I ordered the 4-course dinner set which is ~¥6350, and added ¥550 to change the spaghetti dish to their Christmas special (crab meat with creamy tomato sauce). It was delicious! Delicious food, fun presentation and service! We ordered the vegan set menu. The appetizers came wrapped in a gift box. Every single item tasted great. I ordered the spaghetti with bolognese sauce. This is no ordinary spaghetti! It’s loaded with a variety of mushrooms, summer vegetables, and topped with chopped nuts. I don’t drink coffee or tea, so I was offered fresh apple juice.
