A small little local restaurants with 3 x table for 4 pax and a 3 x bar counter seat . Food was very japanese friendly..I mean fried, stir fried and bbq (dinner only) Service was good..lady boss always have a nice smile..she understands English but can't really communicate.. but is ok..we have google translate app! I like the most is the music (jazz), and the relaxing feel that I enjoy here. Can order a Asahi beer if u are not driving...cold beer available here!

笠間で用事を済ませ、お腹が空いたので何があるかなと探した時に、このお店を知りました。元々もつ煮が大好きなので訪問。 一軒家を改築してのお店でこじんまりとしていますが、シンプルで優しい雰囲気。 レバニラ定食に味噌汁をもつ煮小に変更と、もつ焼き定食を頼みました。 他の方のクチコミにもあるように、本当にしっかり丁寧に処理をしているため、モツは臭みが一切なく、特にもつ煮は歯がなくても食べれてしまうくらい柔らかく味も最高。レバニラも厚みがあり新しい食感で美味。もつ焼きも1口頬張って笑ってしまうくらい美味。どれも量は普通だけれど、美味しすぎてご飯が進んでしまい…単品でもつ煮とご飯を更に頼んで満腹満足でした。お店の方も笑顔が素敵で、また絶対に来ようと思いました。

インスタの茨城グルメを見て行ってみた！ 豚レバーって食感も匂いもすごく苦手なんだけど、ここのレバーはほぼ臭みがなかった✨️✨️✨️ プラス料金でもつ煮に変更して串カツも頼んだけど、どっちもすごく美味しかった… もつ煮は魚粉？が入っているのかな、鰹節みたいな味がすごくして濃いめでご飯に合う！！！もつもとろとろに煮込まれていて食べやすかった！ レバニラを頼んだけどちょっと衣がついていて揚げ焼き…？されていた、他とはちょっと違う調理法、でも美味しい！！！ ごはんがおかわり自由なのも最高、私はさすがに2杯目には行けなかったけど😂 串カツが凄く美味しかったから、次行ったらレバカツにしたいな✨️
