McDonald's — Restaurant in Kashiwa

I am not a big fan of fast food restaurant, so I rarely get food from any of them unless I don’t have much option (like at an airport). I don’t remember the last time I willingly went to a fast food restaurant… But, when I am in Japan, I do get the desire to try out some food from their fast food restaurant. Why? Well, I believe the quality is higher, taste better, cleaner environment, and yes, the customer service is superb! So, while I was in Japan, I went to McDonald to try their limited only offers.

What I really love about Japanese fast food restaurant is that they all come with hand washing station. They have a law that requires every fast food restaurants to have this installed, which is super awesome! They are usually located near the entrance/exit. This way, it is much easier to get your hands washed before and after you eat, without going to bathroom for it. They also have a huge hand sanitizer next to it if you prefer to put that on after you wash your hands.

Japanese McDonald always have tasty menu, both regular and special limited time offers. This time, they had Tsukimi Burgers as their limited time offers. They had three kinds of Tsukimi Burgers, and since there were three of us, we ordered one of each; Tsukimi Burger, Tsukimi Cheese Burger, and Full Moon Cheese Burger.

Everything on the burgers are placed perfectly between the soft buns, put together with love and care. Not some crappy burger that was thrown together without love.

平日夕方。忙しかったのかもしれないが、（別に店内は混んでなかったが。。。）事前にモバイルオーダーしておりドライブスルー受け取りの予定だったがあまりに車が進まないので店内で受け取ろうと来店。一瞥するなり何も聞かずにお待ちをーと。しばらく放置。 待たされそうだったのでそれならまだ自身の車の中の方が快適に待てるとどらいぶするーのれーんにもどる。2台待ちからやっと一台待ちに減っていた。 やっと番がきてモバイルオーダーであることを伝え番号を伝えてからもここでもまた待たされる。。。かなり前にオーダーしていたのにモバイルオーダーの意味がない。混んでいる休日昼とかならまだしも。さらに油淋鶏バーガー2つオーダーしたのだが、明らかに片方にはタレが入っておらずただのマヨネーズ味。比較したら片方はちゃんと味したので入れ忘れたと確信。仕事が遅い上に正確性に欠ける。致命的。 以前もフレーバー間違いがあり、問い合わせたところ返金するから来店しろとのことだった。普通は柏市内なんだし間違いを起こした方が来るべきだと思う。住所知られるのも怖いのでいいにしたけれど。でもまずはそちらからそう言う申し出...
