Highly recommend! Warm and welcoming local establishment. Chef speaks great English and was super friendly.

Ramen made with a delicious blend of miso from across Japan.

Although I’m not usually a fan of thick noodles, I went with it as the chef recommended it and it was house made. It was delicious! Noodles were chewy and held onto the broth well.

The broth - what a broth. It was well balanced and just rich enough without being too overwhelming.

Char Siew was tender and melt in your mouth. And I really appreciated the thick cut bamboo shoots. Great contrasting texture.

Was recommended a great sake from a distillery in Kumamoto as a drink pairing. It was the perfect accompaniment to the hearty bowl.

It's the best ramen I have eaten! The flavors are well balanced and you can tell that the owner really puts an effort to make sure it tastes good, the service good and the owner speaks English in case you don't speak Japanese, the place looks really great and there's always nice music playing, the owner also can give you some really good recommendations on sake to drink with your ramen, I cannot recommend you this...

（追加レビュー） 数ヶ月ぶりに家族で再入店。 生姜味噌ラーメンを作ったとの噂と、平打ち麺を楽しみにしてきました。 妻と私は生姜味噌ラーメン太麺（平打ち麺のこと）を注文。小3の長男はねぎ味噌ラーメンの太麺を注文。 味玉、かしわご飯2個、おつまみチャーシューも追加。

（平打ち麺の感想） 食べ応えもありスープによく絡み満足度高め。麺の味もおいしく細麺派だったのが太麺派に変わってしまいました。 （生姜味噌ラーメン） 生姜の風味がしっかりします。生姜が大丈夫な方はきっと美味しく感じると思います。 生姜のさっぱり間もあり太麺で満足感あるも女性でも食べやすいかと思います。 （ねぎ味噌ラーメン） 味噌感はしっかりあるも一口目にガツンと味のするタイプではなく最後まで飽きずに食べれる味噌ラーメンです。それでも息子のスープを一口飲んで美味いと思いました。乗っているネギの風味がまたよくあう。オープンから何度かきてますが、来るたびにスープが変わり美味しくなっています。お客様の声を聞き努力されてるのがわかる。 （全体的に） 今回の生姜味噌、通常味噌、太麺ともに満足です。メンマ、チャーシュー、キクラゲなど具材も豊富でいい。何より平打ち麺。本当によかった。次回もきっと太麺を頼みますね。 とんこつばかりの味噌デビュー息子も想像以上に美味しかったようで気に入って何よりでした。 11月より大好きな坦々麺が復刻するとのことでまた行こうと家族で話をしながら帰りました。
