Mos Burger Kasuga Sakuragaoka — Restaurant in Kasuga

👍🏾 The service was fast and polite. 👎🏾 The food was terrible. The burger tasted like cardboard like McDonald's. The fries were soft and some even tasted undercooked. 👎🏾 It's ridiculously expensive for that poor quality food.

It's been a while since I had been Mos, but I've always thought the quality of their food was quite good. Well, not anymore....

Went here to try their plant based burger. It was simple but hit the spot. The patty tasted like "chicken" and the sauce is a combination of teriyaki and mayo (from what i google translated, even the sauce seems to be plant based).

Price was around ¥1000 for the burger set with drink and fries.

Overall it was okay and the staff...

昨年末に金券千円分と残金をモスカードで払ったら全額モスカードから引かれた上に金券の返却もありませんでしたから苦情言って金券返してもらいました。昨日は金券千円分と残金モスカード払いしたら金券分は500円だけ引いて 残りはモスカードから引かれていました。 昨日は500円だけ金券処理されていたので気付かず帰ってしまいました。前回とは違う店員だったから使えない店員ばかりなのか？ モスカード等を使う際はレシートをキチンともらって確認しないと私の様な目に遭い兼ねませんよ

追記　　翌日、レシート保管していたので電話で事情を説明した後に来店し現金で返金を受けました。若い女性が対応して返金と謝罪を受けて帰る時に知ってか知らずか年配の女性に「ありがとうございました。」と言われたのには？？？って思いながら何も...
