We were booking this spot with bit of doubt, if its youtube hype or really good experience. But when we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by chef Hiro. He is very humble, take good care of you and his selection of ingredients is very unique and good quality. With chef Hiro you can expect great food, rare hiqh-quality ingredients and good show from him. If you dont know about Sake, please ask chef Hiro, he will definitely recommend fitting one. We would definitely come back, if we are in area

알펜루트 보러 나고야 온 김에 들른 寿司竹(Sushi take, 스시타케) 사실 맛보단 그냥 유명한 인플루언서 보러 관광차 방문하자 생각했는데, 웬걸 ㅋㅋ 생각보다 맛이 상당히 괜찮은..!! 특히 해파리랑 참치 그리고 도화새우 완전 넘사였고, 히타규 입안에서 사라졌습니다 ㄷㄷ. 샤리는 다소 달고신데, 워낙 샤리를 작게 쥐시기도 해서 밸런스는 훌륭합니다. 꽤나 유쾌 할 거라고 생각했는데, 진지한 분위기이고, 편한 분위기에 처음부터 끝까지 잘먹었습니다. 쥬욘다이 180ml에 1800엔 정도 하는데, 전체적으로 주류도 싼 편인 거 같네요. 여기만을 오기 위해 일본을 오는 것은 무리가 있지만, 온 김에 들리는 것은 좋은 경험일 듯 하네요!! 즐거운 시간 감사합니다^^

Chef Hiro is both a great sushi chef as well as a very entertaining performer. He gives a good show and very high quality sushi meal. I’ve been twice and I loved it. I would go more often but at around €200 per person (drinks included) I need to pace myself. He uses real wasabi that he grinds himself. His tuna is absolutely first rate. He is a charming person to watch at work. Highly recommended for a special occasion such as a birthday!

Great experience! Hiro-San is a very open and funny host who makes sure all guests are attended to equally. Besides the excellent food, we also had a lot of fun.

All ingredients were high quality and fresh. As we had omakase, we were asked for any allergies and food we prefer or dislike to customize the menue accordingly.

It's definitely worth the time it takes to get there from Nagoya Station (about 25 min by train plus...
