I had a sudden, inexplicable craving for cake last evening, so I stopped by a local patisserie rated highly in my neighborhood. They, however, were completely sold out, so I went to Chateraise as plan B.

It turned out to be a good decision, though. They were fully stocked with slices and whole cakes, cookies, 饅頭, flan, and even ice cream. The staff was courteous and efficient, and the cake I bought for my family was cute and tasty.
