The Steak was good. I liked having more of a choice when selecting the steak cuts, expect to get up from your table to order your steak at a window. The workers will cut your steak for you and verify you are satisfied with the cut. Expect a higher price for the steak because the charge is per gram for steak cuts. Also the soup and salad bars seem to have more selection then a normal Big Boy restaurant. Overall I thought the value was good, the price will be higher then a normal Big Boy restaurant. It’s a popular chain restaurant, but it’s my first time here. We got the 250 cheese hambagu and a small one with chicken. We also took the salad and drink bar.

The meat was quite tasty and we got extra heaters to add some char on our own. The onion and garlic sause had plenty of onion and garlic and the selection of salads is quite nice.

更に、ステーキの注文方式がいき○りステーキみたいになり、わざわざ2回も同じ商品を注文するとんでも仕様になりました。 テーブルについて商品を頼んだのに、わざわざ歩いてステーキカウンターまでいき、ステーキの種類とグラムを告げなければステーキは食べれません。革新的ですね。 店員さんもステーキのカットも慣れていないのか、頼んだグラムでなければ再度切り直しの連続で、どうにもスムーズにいきません。 目の前で切ってくるスタイルでも脂身は取り除いてくれません。結果、470グラムの肉に大して100グラム以上の脂身がついてきました。

セットメニューの改悪も目立ちます。 ライス単品という選択肢がなく、サフランライス、カレー白飯と、食べたくもないものを抱き合わせで300円とられます。 ドリンクバーなどを含めようとすると「セット」の値段だけで他店の定食が食べれます。

仮に、ご飯セットを頼んだとしてもステーキハウス○んのサービスをかたちだけ真似たときの名残でセルフサービスです。 店員さんがごはん一つももってこれないようなステーキハウスで肉を食べたぞ！という満足感を味わえるでしょうか？
