This lovely little bakery sits on the site of an old petrol station/ gasoline stand...although very small inside they serve some of the best chocolate croissant I have had in Japan and if I could I would go there every day just for that! Both savoury and sweet pastries are served, including sandwiches, baguette and cheese bread. Service was great - quick and friendly. If you are popping by DO drop in, as this place deserves to succeed! A small seating area is outside but this is amongst the parking so not well...

A great little bakery that opens around 8am. The curry bread is fantastic there, the best I've ever had. Super friendly staff. I wish I could go back and get the curry bread every day. Will definitely go back there if I'm staying in...

【実力派ベーカリーが焼き上げる日常のパン】

横浜市・青葉台に本店を構えるこちらのお店。オーナーはパンの世界大会などでも活躍されているとだけあって、クオリティの高いパンが多く並びます。

パン生地も、サンドイッチに使用されている具材や菓子パンのトッピングも、素材の味を生かした仕上がり。やたらと飾ってごまかす感じがなく、シンプルにパン自体がおいしいので、日常の食事にもよく合います。 なかでも、フランスパンやデニッシュなどの食感は秀逸！パリッ、もちっ、サクッといった、それらに求める食感がしっかり堪能できます。個人的には、看板商品の「生クリームあんぱん」よりも、まずはこちらを味わってもらいたいです！

お値段は全体的にやや高めなので、実際に日常使いするのは厳しいのですが…。あとは商品ラインナップが物足りない印象なので、もう少し充実しているともっと通いたくなる...

11:30頃、初訪問。右折入庫、出庫は出来ないので要注意です。遠目に見て、ガソリンスタンド！？と思ったら、跡地での出店だったんですね。 どちらかというとハード系が好み。ですが、他の方の口コミを見て、”生クリームあんぱん”が売りのようで迷わず購入。小さっ！と思ったけれど食べてみると、このくらいが丁度良く、これ以上中身があったらしつこいかも。 “ぶどうとくるみのカンパーニュ” これはトースターで少しカリッとさせて頂きました。美味しかった！ デニッシュは家族のあげたけれど、美味しかったそう。 全体的にお値段が高め、またお支払いは現金のみなのが残念かな。 すぐ食べれば良かったんだけれど、bakedのあんぱんを2日後に食べようとしたら、カッチカチに💦保存には気をつけましょう😅 スタンプカードあり、300円ごとに押印。 次回は惣菜パンにチャレンジします。
