Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Kawasaki

As a foreigner, I used to go to this place previously l but this time there was one guy only and he refused my order because i cant speak japanese 🥹. I ordered from pizza hut. Very bad.

I have been to so many shops in Japan and so many restaurants in Japan. none of the shops treated me like this. The guys attitude was really worst. I really love Japan and Japanese people but in every country their are some people like him. There are so many kind people in other shops and I really love them all. Ordered delivery from this location and thought it was strange that it arrived so quickly until I realized the pizza wasn't cooked completely. The dough was raw and thin as paper. the cheese and toppings fell off the slice when picked up. Barely edible. My question to Domino's is... Who is supervising the workers? They are obviously breaking the rules set in place to make pizza. This is dangerous, someone is going...

12/25にアプリでの注文をする際、アプリ専用デリバリー限定の50%offのクーポンを使用しましたが、何度試しても、店に電話してくださいとのエラーが出ました。 電話したところ、クーポン番号があれば対応出来ますとのことでした。 いつも利用しているので本来番号があることは重々承知していました。 クーポンボックスの複数あるクーポンに番号の記載があるものがひとつもありませんでした。 伝えてもそれなら割引できませんの一点張りで、クーポンはあるので現金支払いにしていたのでデリバリーの際アプリ内のクーポンを提示ではダメなのか確認したところそれもできませんの一点張り。 カスタマーセンターに連絡するように言われたので連絡しましたが、公式サイトに飛ばすだけ飛ばして電話等で対応する気はゼロでした。 店舗ではそっちのケータイがおかしいだろと思っていたのかもしれませんが複数人で行ってもできないのであればそれはドミノピザ側の問題かと思います。 結果別のピザ屋で注文しました。 12/25という忙しい日だったと言うこともあるのかもしれませんが、意図的にクーポンを使用できないようにしているのかと...
