私は滅多に低評価のレビューを投稿しませんが、このカフェにはいくつか改善の余地があると感じました。これは個人的な批判ではなく、一人の利用者としての率直な意見です。

第一に、一人で来店しましたが、スタッフからホットケーキのサイズについて説明がありませんでした。そのホットケーキは2〜3人向けの大きさで、一人にはやや多めでした。また、調理に約15分かかることも事前に案内がなかったため、知らせていただけたらありがたかったです。

第二に、ホットケーキ（¥1100）を注文した後、水があるか尋ねたところ、「1人1ドリンクの注文が必要」と言われました。それは理解できますが、ドリンクは¥600以上とやや高めで、注文したホットチョコレートのカップは小さく感じました。全体的に、価格とサービスのバランスに少し違和感がありました。 また、水が提供されないことにも少し驚きました。料理が甘いこともあり、コーヒーなど酸性の飲み物の後には、歯への影響を考えて水を飲む習慣があります。

第三に、サービスが少しゆっくりに感じられました。私以外にお客様がいなかったにもかかわらず、提供までに予想以上の時間がかかりました。

第四に、私が店内で食事をしていた間、スタッフの方が近くのテーブルで椅子に足を乗せて、友人のような方とリラックスして会話されていました。混雑していない時間帯であったとはいえ、営業中の店内としては少し気になりました。

料理自体は悪くありませんでしたが、全体としては期待を下回る印象でした。日本各地のカフェをよく利用していますが、このようなレビューを書くのは初めてです。

I rarely leave low reviews, but I believe there is room for improvement at this café. This is not personal—just honest feedback from a customer.

First, I visited alone, and the staff did not inform me that the hotcake I ordered was quite large—better suited for 2–3 people. They also didn’t mention that it would take around 15 minutes to prepare. I would have appreciated a heads-up on both.

Second, after ordering the hotcake (¥1100), I asked about water. I was told that each customer must order at least one drink, which I understand. However, drinks start from ¥600, and the hot chocolate I ordered came in a rather small cup. In general, I felt the pricing did not quite match the overall service experience. Also, I was surprised that water wasn’t available. Sometimes, food can be sweet or drinks like coffee can be acidic to the teeth, so I usually like to have a small glass of water afterward.

Third, the service was quite slow. Despite being the only customer at the time, I had to wait longer than expected for my order.

Fourth, while I was dining, the staff was sitting at a nearby table with legs resting on a chair, having a relaxed conversation with a friend. While I understand staff may take breaks when it’s not busy, this felt a little out of place in a customer setting.

テーブルが4つほどあるこじんまりとしたカフェ。入店してびっくりしたのは、ドリンクを頼まないとフードメニューが頼めない仕組みになっていたこと。ドリンクは安いもので600円から、フードは1000円台のものが多いので1人あたり2000円負担することになります。また喫茶店やカフェで必ず出るはずのお冷やのサービスがありませんでした。暑い中入店して喉が渇いていたので、飲み物が来るまで辛かった。マスターひとりで切り盛りされてるので仕方ないかも。注文したレッドカルボナーラは普通のカルボナーラに唐辛子が入って辛かったです。お店の雰囲気とフードの味は良いのでまた...
