Great yakitori restaurant/izakaya! Many delicious side dishes that harmoniously accompany well cooked yakitori. I have been twice and the only negative aspect of this place is that late at night when it gets very busy sometimes the yakitori can be slightly overcooked.... But usually the yakitori is cooked perfectly. The staff are friendly and quick to come when called. The selection of nihonshu is fine and fits the food on the menu! 登戸駅・生田緑地口から徒歩わずか1分。 まるで和の隠れ家のような佇まいの『鐵の家』さんは、新鮮な鶏肉に魂を宿した焼き鳥が主役の名店。店内は木の温もりが広がり、どこか懐かしくもスタイリッシュな空間に、ふわっと漂う香ばしい炭火の香りで、もう心は釘付けです。

まず迎えてくれたのは、お通しの豆乳入り粕汁。刻み野菜がたっぷり、体にじんわり沁みわたる優しさでスタートダッシュから感動…！

そしてお料理の数々！ ☑️塩麹豚しゃぶサラダ【830円】 塩ダレとたっぷり乗った薬味のバランスが絶妙で、ひとくちごとに「シャキッ、ジュワッ」と音が聞こえてきそうな爽やかさ。これは箸が止まらない！

☑️アジ胡麻たたき【680円】 特製ゴマダレが香ばしさとコクを引き立て、「とろっ」と広がるアジの旨味。お酒が恋しくなる、至福の一品。
