This place has some of the most tasty pizzas baked in a wood-burning oven. Italian Neapolitan-styled pizza with a crisp but soft chewy crust, simple garlic & oregano-infused tomato sauce, cheese, and EVO perfectly cooked with a smokey fragrance. I usually do not enjoy Marinara (only sauce, no cheese) Pizzas, but here is an exception. Today I had the Margherita Pizza. All pizzas come with a small salad, served simply with only EVO & salt; 2 scoops of gelato, and a drink. Simple but other artisanal pizza options are: quartro fromage served with honey, a pizza dough bomba served with fillings, and cheese with nori. Went for lunch and had the set menu with the Nori Pizza. The pizza was really good! One of the best I've had in Chiba. Price performance wise, the absolute best. For ¥1,200-1,500, you get a nice size pizza, small salad, dessert (I got a double scoop of gelato) and a drink. The ambiance and scenery is nice & relaxing. I saw a review saying he wished there was more dressing on the salad, but this place just used a nice olive oil to accent the freshness of the vegetables, subtle but good. A bit difficult to find, you will need a Navi to get there, but well worth the effort. Highly recommended! Go if you like good pizza and a nice peaceful ambiance! Went for the first time and it became my favorite pizza. The staff are very friendly and the place, an old house that was renovated, is very nice surrounded by greenery.
