A Kitakami favorite, and the first place I think of when I want to relax and take my time eating soba made with care. I come here on special days to treat nyself, as it is a little pricey. It's always a lovely experience, with fresh delicous food and a fantastic riverside view. Tenshouchi park is across the bank. Staff is always kind.
