Yamanakaya — Restaurant in Kitakami

We came here to eat after a long day on the train. We had to wait for more than one hour to be seated , which we didn't know when we joined the queue due to a misunderstanding. When I asked why it's taking so long the host explained to me that they meant we were 30th in the queue and not that we had to wait 30 minutes like I thought. They were very apologetic. Thankfully, there is a smoking room which is very well ventilated and the time passed without us getting much hungrier. We were sat in a private room and despite the language barrier, all members of the staff were very friendly, helpful and really tried their best to offer us the same level of service a Japanese person would enjoy. But, a translator gadget or at least an English menu would have been great help. Although we couldn't manage to eat the offal and pork tongue whichever way we tried to cook it, the rest of the omakase selection was pretty good. The wagyu especially was fantastic. 5月27日。 イオンシネマ北上で「鬼平犯科帳 血闘」観たあと、ランチで🥢松本幸四郎の鬼平も良かったけどやっぱり自分的には中村吉右衛門だね🤔とグダグダ考えながらランチメニューから焼き肉冷麺セット＋大根サラダとメロンソーダ注文🍈🥤毎度納得の美味しさです👏いつもにもユッケジャンクッパの妻が本日は冷麺食べてました😲店内スタッフ接客対応良好で、映画鑑賞➡️やまなか家ランチ、というルーティンをしっかり果たしてgood😃⤴️⤴️

2月22日。 一昨日は2月として記録的な暖かさ、一転本日は積雪あり自宅まわり雪かきの朝でした🌨️お昼はランチでやまなか家北上店へ🥢いただいたのは毎度の石焼ビビンバ、ユッケジャンクッパ、にぎやか盛りタレ味、大根サラダ😳オーダーがループしてる🔄 why？I dont know. 北上店はホールスタッフがキビキビしていて好感度😚今日も下膳(？)やらテーブル拭き消毒などきっちりバッチリでした。味も値段も同じチェーン店なのに口コミビミョーに差がつくのはここらかな？接客安定安心のやまなか家北上店だす👏

令和6年2月1日。 イオンシネマ北上でエマ・ストーンの「哀れなるものたち」観たあとランチで利用しました😙先月からやまなか家花巻店、盛南店、そして北上店と。チェーン店なのでどこも同じかと言えば、雰囲気ビミョーに違いますね😳北上店は元気なスタッフ多いと感じます😚今日は盛岡冷麺別辛、ユッケジャンクッパ、にぎやか盛り、大根サラダいただきました🥢大根パリパリで美味です☺️通常800円前後の石焼ビビンバ冷麺ユッケジャンクッパをランチタイムに税別ワンコインで提供するやまなか家、立派です👏アプリに貯まっていたポイント利用し、さらにコスパ良好でした🕴️
