Hankyu Bakery — Restaurant in Kitakyushu

2025年7月26日、12:15でこの店でパンを買いました。 めちゃ態度悪い店員で失礼な言い方聞かれました。 パンをトングでつかんだ後、撮ったところに戻しました。 そして、レギーで「パンを手で掴んだか？」と聞かれました。 「いいえ、トングは使った後直しました。」って答えた。 「使ったトングはここに持ってきてください。」って嫌な態度で聞かれました。

客さんに「手でパンを掴んだか？」とか「ください」指示を聞くのはこの店の対客方法でしょうね！

初めてここの店でパンを買ったなのに、最悪な体験でした。二度と来ないです。

This is the first time I visit this bakery shop and was treated very rude way. After taking the bread, I put the tongue back into the rack, then went for registering.

Then, the clerk asked me "did you use your hand to take the bread here?" "No, I used the tongue and put it back overthere." "No, after used, use must bring the tongue here. BRING IT HERE.", she ordered me with very rude attitude.

This is the first time I have met an unprofessional way of treating customers like this bakery. There is so many ways of talking to a customer, but you chose the ruddest one, asking "did you use your hand to take the bread?", or "BRING THE TONGUE HERE!".

I love this place. The scent of bread baking fills the air with warm and comfort. There are many breads that I have never seen. Curry bread and sweet bean with butter were my favorite. I wish I could try all the...
