神戸餃子ダイニング 餃や — Restaurant in Kobe

A small, cozy gyoza izakaya. A bar counter and two tables are available for seating. Reggae played in the background as the owner talked with some regulars at the bar counter. There were about 6 people total seated at the time in the restaurant.

It takes some time for the ordered dishes to arrive, but this may be because of the way they are prepared and other customers being present. For example, the Cheesy Gyoza (Lasagna Style) took about 15 minutes to arrive at our table. It was very delicious, but I wish there was more considering how long it took.

The other dishes were tasty as well. We had the Fried Gyoza, Double Garlic Gyoza, Kimchi Saki Ika appetizer, and the Apple Gyoza Ice Cream.

It is open later than the other shotengai restaurants, so it's a good option if...

Delightful mini gyoza shop with a very friendly owner. The shop has a nice atmosphere and I've enjoyed many chats at the bar counter with the owner and fellow customers. 板宿商店街の北側を東に進んですぐある、カウンターメインの餃子屋さんです。 奥にテーブル席もあります。

色んな種類の餃子を出す店は色々ありますが、こちらのお店は餃子を使った創作料理があるのが特徴。

メインの焼餃子、しそ餃子はそれぞれに合うタレを教えて下さいます。(焼餃子には酢醤油、しそ餃子にはレモン塩を勧めて下さっていたと思います。) たいていの場合私はおすすめに逆らった味も試してみたりするのですが、今回はこちらのマスターのおっしゃる通りでした👍

しかし、それ以上に気に入ったのが変わり餃子の方で、 チーズ餃子(ラザニア風)はラザニアより軽いのに食感や満足度が抜群で、タバスコをお好みでかけるとよりイタリアン感が増すのでおすすめです。 そして全く期待していなかったりんご餃子(アイスクリーム添え)も怖いもの見たさで頼んだのですが、シナモンの香りたっぷりでりんごとアイスの甘さもちょうどよく、これは風味と舌ざわりで女性を口説けるやつだと思いました(笑)
