This speciality coffee roaster deserves 5 stars, because (and that’s the most important thing) their coffee beans are freshly roasted. I bought Costa Rica beans and the owner told me they had been roasted on the very same day! He also gave me instructions and told me to wait two or three days for the beans to degas before making coffee with them. (Actually, I already tried them the next day and I was quite impressed! It was a medium dark roast with nice acidity.) They have a selection of six or seven coffee beans. You can’t try them but you can smell the coffee beans in little glass containers.
