Kura Sushi Nagata Branch — Restaurant in Kobe

( JAPANESE ) 私は家族とともにくら寿司を訪れました。回転寿司のベルトにはカビが生えていました。そのベルトはテーブルに食べ物を運ぶために使用されています。カビは古く、ベルトのプラスチックを食べてしまっていました。 スタッフに知らせたところ、彼らは何をすればいいのか分からない様子でした。 数日後、確認のために再び訪れました。カビはまだ残っていました。 その場所全体が汚れていて、不潔でした。 もう二度とそこで食事はしません。

( ENGLISH ) I visited Kura Sushi with my family. There was mold on the conveyor belt, the same conveyor belt used to deliver food to the tables. The mold was so old that it ate through the conveyor belt's plastic. When I told the staff they looked confused, as if they didn't know what to do. I came back a few days later just to check. The mold was still there. The whole place is dirty and disgusting. I'll never eat...

I like eating at this restaurant. Sometimes it's a little busy (seems to be weekends) but they don't disappoint. My personal favorite is the bacon sushi - yummy. I could about fill up...

長田のくら寿司に久しぶりに来店。平日の18:00頃に来店したら、待たずに入店できました。レーンを回っているお寿司は115円均一、お高いお寿司はタッチパネルで注文するシステムの回転寿司です。安いお寿司だけでも目の前を回っているのを見ていると楽しいですね。お皿はテーブル横の返却口に投入するとカウントされ、びっくらポンを楽しむことができます。システム上、レーンから取ったお寿司とタッチパネルで注文したお寿司のお皿の区別はできないので、金額はタッチパネルで注文したお寿司の金額＋（返却口に投入したお皿の数ータッチパネルで注文したお皿の数）x...
