2023/5/21 友人と訪問。友人がスマホで混雑具合を調べてくれたら，混雑している…と出ていたそうなので，ドキドキしながら行ってみると，駐車場もドライブスルーコーナーもガラガラで余裕で入店・注文できた😅 スタッフさんの様子は丁寧な様でちょっと素っ気ない。辛口チキンフィレバーガーセット(¥780税込)をレモネードソーダで注文。できたてではなく，できたものを渡されるので，ちょっと冷めている部分もあるのがケンタ😅 もう少し，できたて感がほしい。

店員の質に問題あり。土曜の夜20:30に利用。客はほかにお一人様のみ。 入ってまずスタッフ同士のタメ語の会話。客に気づいてないのかなと思ってそのままセルフレジで注文中もスタッフ同士4,5人で大きな声で私語を続ける。

セルフレジの注文後も何の声がけもなくスタッフ同士のタメ語の会話。席をどこにしようと探すが食べかすが散らかったテーブルがチラホラで誰も清掃していない。店長的な人がいないのでやりたい放題なんだなと思っていたら「店長ごめーん」と大きな声で聞こえたので店長らしい人は居る模様。

店内は改装したてなのかきれいだがスタッフのサービスが致命的に悪い。商品提供の時も対応悪いんだろうと思っていたらきちんとした言葉で渡してもらえました。

だいたいはこういったお店は、根本的に店を管理している人が悪いと思う。教育というか根本的な事を注意でき...
