Love dining in, love taking out and most of all I love the drive-thru.Service was very nice and very welcoming. The staffs were nice and kind as well. I came here last time and I was surprised to see that all of the staff at that time were all men but young. The staff who served me was so nice and cute and was very kind. This is the nearest Starbucks in my home though the distance is not that near I still manage to come here every once in a while. I love their hot coco topped with cream. Not so sweet but you can really taste the richness of the cocoa.

占領し過ぎて座る場所が少ない。常識あるなら1時間にしたら？レジが商品販売のみ対応で注意しない。駐車場の警備員は誘導出来ないから事故起きる。 何のためにplease wait hereが足元にあるのか？マナー守れない人間に注意を促すのも最低限の接客基本。会計も済んでいないお客様様が押し出され、次の非常識な夫婦が平気な顔してレジ前にいてビックリした。グイグイ右へ右へ…そんなに腹減ってたかデブ笑。千と千尋？普通はレジから注意するけどなぁ〜。 しかもレジおばちゃん！please wait hereこちらでお待ち下さい！位置を間違い認識？え？待つ位置が相違するなら、足元の指示シール剥がした方が良いよ。何が正しいのか分からなくなる。 いつもと対応が違ってた。先に商品を用意するんじゃなくて、会計してから商品用意した方が良いのでは？？レジ前は大混乱。 いつもの若い子達は、爽やかで好印象な接客。

Giving 5 stars cause the staff are genuinely nice & give a good chat. So far the only place that at least a little resembles Aussie coffee - here in Yamanashi that is. Oh god how I miss the good ol'...
