こちら側に時間が不透明だった事で予約を躊躇してましたが、相談すると柔軟に対応して頂きました。 店内に入るとシェフの柔らかい笑顔で迎えられ、飾らない静かで落ち着く雰囲気はこの先を期待させてくれます。 ディナーコースですが、提供されるお皿の一品全てにシェフの拘りが見受られました。近江牛のステーキに至ってはまさに至高の一品。塩、おろし、山葵でしっかり堪能しました。 手捌きや常にこちらの食事スピードを汲み取る仕草はまさにプロの職人。食事を終えてお店を出る時もシェフの笑顔に見送られて、お腹も心も大変満足しました！ 次は一品料理でお酒と合わせて堪...
