McDonald's — Restaurant in Kumagaya

We were invited to a birthday party at this branch of McDonald's. In terms of birthday parties; they have a section for the birthday group right beside the entrance to the play area. The play area is bigger than most of the McDonald's in Saitama, but is still quite small. However, the kids in our party had a great time and played in there for hours!There are three slides and a cube type hut. It is for children up to 8 years of age. ４月16日㈮pm1:19頃ドライブスルーで利用したのですが、自宅に帰り子供に買った商品を渡し中を見たら『セット』で注文したのに「ポテト」が入ってなく。お店に子供が電話して… 家から近いこともあり買った商品を持ってお店へ。お店の中に入りカウンターに商品を置いたら、男の店員が『いらっしゃいませ』も言わず、「何？」と… 先程、電話したものです。と言って名前（名字）なのりレシートを見せて男の店員が商品の袋を見て「あ〜 入ってないですね」と…入って無かった分のポテトを。お店まで取り来たからと無料のポテトの券を渡して来た男の店員。 私はポテトだけ受取り帰宅。 男の店員の態度悪すぎ。商品の入れ忘れたのに。『何？』じゃ無いだろ❗ 自宅から近いから利用していたが…...

テイクアウトで購入しました。 ポテトを｢揚げたてでお願いします｣と伝えたのに家で食べたら冷たくてパサパサで不味かったです。(こちらのお店から家は近いです) ※ポテトが冷める距離ではありません。

揚げたてのポテトじゃなくてとても残念でした。

ハンバーガーも頼み、家で食べようとして出した瞬間に、ほとんどの中身が落ちてぐちゃぐちゃになってました。

バーガー自体がきちんと紙に包まれておらず、中のソースで表側の紙も汚れていてとても酷い状態でした。

混んでて忙しいのは分かりますが、あんな酷い状態でお客さんに出すクルーの気持ちが分かりません。

プロなら、お客様の為にしっかりして欲しいと思いました。
