先日、妻とランチでチキンフィレバーガーを注文したのですが、久々ということも有りとても美味しかったです。 また、ドライブスルーを利用したのですが、その時の店員さんの対応もとてもテキパキしていて良い接客をしていただきました。 写真は、商品と同梱されていたものですが、こういう細やかな気遣いも嬉しいもので、また機会があったら利用したいと思います。有難うございます。

入店後、ファミペイのポイントで支払いできますか？と尋ね、スマホの画面を見せる。 店員:出来ます。 このバーコードでいいんですか？ 最初の画面で出ていたバーコードを指差す。 店員:はい、大丈夫です。 支払い時、バーコードを読み取ってもらうが決済できない。 店員:前までは使えていましたが今年の4月で使えなくなってるみたいです。 使えるってファミペイのホームにも書いてありますけど？と言うと 店員:どこですか？ 書いてある画面を提示しようとしたら、ファミマ以外で使う場合は、コチラを発見。 その画面に飛んで試しに読み取ってもらったら決済完了。 コチラも見落としてたのは悪かったが、ポイント使えるとか、最初の画面のバーコードで大丈夫とか、4月から使用できなくなってるとか、その場凌ぎの嘘でやり過ごそうとするのはいかがなものかと。 アルバイトさんだと思いますが、今後は...

安定のチェーン店です。メニューや味は知っての通りですよね。野菜の取れるメニューもあるのも嬉しいです。お店は狭いし、イートインのメリットが個人的に見つけられません、実際イートインしている方を見かけることがほぼ無いかも。コロナ禍と言う事もあるんでしょうが、テイクアウトを待つ場所として広げたり出来ないかなと感じます、ドライブスルーだけじゃなく店内テイクアウトも多いと感じています。迷惑な提案をちょっと書きますがチキンを部位で注文出来ますよね？でも記載はない、６種類あるから６ピース頼めば全種類入るんでしょうけど４ピースパックを頼む時に部位を簡単に選ばせて貰えるようにしてほしいです。そんな...
