The whole park is already relaxing and beautiful to look at, but I can only recommend to take a short stop here, because it really feels like the best spot in the entire garden. This was really nice. It only costs 100 yen more to sit inside so not sure why anyone wouldn't. Pro tip also is the inside has heated mats if you sit further in which makes it comfortable to sit outside in the winter.
