Chance upon this Kumamoto ramen restaurant while leaving the Suizenji Park. This is a small restaurant and we were there when it just opened hence managed to get seats. Ordered the original ramen and a curry ramen. The taste is very good. You can taste the garlic taste in the stock and it is not too oily. As usual, the stock is salty to my taste buds. The curry ramen uses the same stock but the curry powder covered the saltiness of the stock. Also ordered the Fried Pig Trotter and Gyoza. The Fried Pig Trotter is fried till collagen is left.
