Ate pork and rice for lunch here, and had hazelnut coffee, with mango and coconut cheesecake for dessert. Lunch was good, but the dessert took the cake. The hazelnut coffee smelled SO GOOD and the cake was amazing. I loved the hazelnut coffee so much I bought the ground coffee beans of it. It was for pour over which is exactly my brewing method back at home. They also sell all sorts of antiques in their shop, so you can tour around while you wait for your food.

This cafe made me emotional. THE CUTEST set up with the absolute sweetest staff I have ever met. I can not get over how lovely of an experience I had here. I tried all the different kinds of cakes they served and they were all 10/10. Could not recommend more.

I was at the café 4 years ago when I visited Reigando Cave and came back now. I immediately liked the place, it has a both soothing and lively atmosphere. This time I could also talk to the owner, who is extremely nice. It goes without saying that the food was delicious (lunch, black tea, and cake for dessert).

Next time I will surely come back again!

Transport: I went by bus which is possible from Kumamoto Sakuramachi Bus Terminal. However, there are few connections and the last part is only on foot. Ask at the tourist information in Kumamoto for Reigando Cave. The café is next to the...

Wonderful place and very welcoming staff. The cafe was very cute and had a great atmosphere, very quaint building. One of the staff members also spoke english well and we had a very nice conversation. the food was really wonderful i had the strawberry chocolate cake and the meal with pork. It was a little expensive but not too much considering the location and quality.
