TANPOPO — Restaurant in Kumamoto

My first time here. The parking is a bit hard to find. You may want to call first for them to explain. You have to make a pretty windy one way neighborhood street to get there. We would have never found it had our friends not explained and shared the pin to the parking lot first.

The food was good... But boy was I annoyed. It was just 4 of us and they brought out the first and last dish a full 30 minutes apart. That was beyond annoying. Just bad service and we got a very insincere apology.

They brought out my friends pasta dish before we even got our salads. It was obvious they just threw her order with another similar order becuase they took the same dish out to someone else. We then waited while Thay got ice cold and they took 30, no exaggeration, 30 minutes to slowly get the other 3 dishes done. They pretty much brought my other friends pizza along with our dessert.

Make us wait. Give us free bread if you need to. But don't ever bring dishes 30 minutes apart. 5....maybe. all of our meals could have fired around the same time to get them out together. They were...

GW入りの最初の土曜日昼に妻と来店。 駐車場はあるのですが入り口が狭いためか、何組かは近くの公園の駐車場に止めているように見えました。 4組待ちとの事で電話番号を店に教えて車で待機して1時間（1時20分）くらいで店内へ案内されました。店内は９テーブルありましたが全て埋まっていました。晴れてたら外にあと何席か増やせそうなスペースがありました。店内のお客はカップル、家族、子供連れのママ友がメインでしたが食事後の話しが長く回転率はあまり良くないお店だと感じました。 土日でもランチ（1650円）をしており、肉料理コース（肉料理は少し値段高め）、パスタコース、ピザコースの大きく3種に分かれていました。

私達が入店した途端、「肉料理は終了しました。」と話しがありやもなくピザとパスタのコースをそれぞれ注文しました。あと、別料金で飲み物も注文！お水はセルフサービスでアップルミント水とレモン水の2種類から選べました。 注文から５分ほどで前菜、サラダと続きましたがその後メインから届かずピザは２０分後パスタはピザが届いた後更に２０分かかって届きました。 ピザは生地が周りはふわりとして香ばしい美味しさがありチーズもよく伸び美味しくいただけました。 パスタはそら豆のパスタでしたが他のお客さんの分とまとめて作ったせいか相当遅れて届き、余り食事を楽しむ雰囲気が冷め、「注文忘れてないかな？」ってくらいに遅かったという感想しかありませんでした。せめてメインは2人分できるだけ一緒に持ってきて欲しいものですね。
