I didn't expect such a fine restaurant, that i felt quite underdressed with my summerly shorts. The ambiente is really nice. You have to take off your shoes there, so you probably want to dress apparently. I would strongly recommend to have at least socks and long pants, if you dont wanna feel out of place. Its very well air-conditioned so you dont need to worry about sweating over the whole place. It is really calme/quite place. My cousin said they specialize in Tofu. They serve it in various recipes, forms and also tastes. At least our food was almost all about Tofu. We took the Ume lunch. Its a 4 course menu for about 2000yen, which is probably the cheapest on the menu. Each course is very eye pleasing and tasted very good. I only had a brief look into the menu and as i recall it the top price for one dish was like 8000yen. Considering the prices in europe its quite cheap in all. If you want to eat/try more i think you should be fine with cap of 100€/100US$ for 2Persons. I would recommend it for a date, or you wanna surprise/impress your partner ;). She will definitely like it. Altough they specialize also in Tofu, they are a kaiseki ryori restaurant, which means they are definitely not vegan. In chawanmushi is a shrimp. The taste of one tofu was fishlike, because they probably brewed the tofu in fish broth. I think its possible to go vegan, but since the concept of "vegan" is not very broad known in japan in general, you should ask carefully of each dish.

・お祝いで40名ぐらいで初めて利用 ・人数報告の電話等、ランチ(それも気遣って時間ずらして13:30の時間帯)夕方(ここも17時ぐらい)の電話には一切出ない。 ・40名のファーストオーダーに注文聞きに来たのおばさん1人。 ・乾杯は瓶ビールとウーロン茶のピッチャーを勧められ、そんなにお酒飲む人少ないから各自でオーダー聞いてと言ったら、嫌がるわ、さらにビールとノンアルビール間違えて持ってくる。そしてお会計は間違えて持ってきたものも全部取られてる。笑 ・14時スタートとランチタイムを避けて予約したのに、ファーストオーダーのドリンクが揃ったの30分後。笑 ・幼児用のおにぎりを事前に頼んでたのに、作り置きしたおにぎりがカピカピで出てきた。こんなの食べれるわけない。 ・和牛焼きも鉄板あとでお待ちしますのひとことぐらいあればいいのに、みんな刺しと勘違いする ・お会計時に他のお客さんが写真撮ってたので気を使って、玄関まで降りてお会計をお願いしたら、反対側(他のお客さんが写真撮ってるところを遮る必要がある場所)に回ってくださいと言われる。 ・帰りに全員での写真撮影をお願いしたら面倒くさがられ、撮った後の写真みたら水平も保ててないし、両側がら空きだし。素人でも自分が前後するなりすればもっとマシな写真撮れるのに。 ・ほぼ全てのスタッフの対応が悪く、料理もまずい。 ・6千円ぐらいのコースだったから、その程度と思えば、まあ納得だが、サイゼリアの方が全然コスパいい。笑
