県を越え、パンを求めて…2023.9下旬 JR熊取駅東口？のロータリーのところにあります。駐車場🅿️はない感じですね… 扉も内観も落ち着く感じです。木を基調とした温かみがある感じで、もちろん店員さんも優しい🎵 3品を購入したしました🎵 ①ブリオッシュモンブラン。マロンクリームの塊が乗っかっていて、栗の香りもたっぷり味わえるし、もはやデザート感覚です。 ②パンオショコラ。これは買うべきでしょー(個人的感想ですが)。サクサク食感とチョコのバランスが最高。 ③カレーパン。これ！これ！これは買いです。 みなさんお薦めします！僕の中で不動の1位だったカレーパンを越えてハマりそうです！ 周りのところどころに荒めの衣がついており、カリカリサクサク！中のカレーにはお肉の塊も入っています。辛さも絶妙！価格以上の価値ありです。お土産に買ってくるべきだった…。 １つ１つ丁寧に袋に入れてくれます。特にモンブランは形崩れないようにナイロン製の袋を三角スイの形にしてくれます🎵 みなさん、是非とも行ってみて下さい🎵

Boulangerie pâtisserie que m'a conseillé mon hôtesse (la mère des enfants rois gâtées pourris, à part ça, elle est d'une grande gentillesse lol) et franchement, ce n'est pas mauvais du tout !

Très bonne tartelette briochée, même le croissant était pas mal (juste un petit manque d'élasticité mais j'ai cru comprendre que la farine au Japon contient un moins gros pourcentage de gluten). Le beignet était par contre un peu compliqué à mâcher, manque de moelleux dans la texture, difficile de ne pas s'en mettre partout 😅, mais au niveau du goût, c'était très bon, fourré à la pâte de haricot rouge.

Je trouve finalement que les pâtisseries françaises ou européennes au Japon sont dans l'ensemble très correctes, ce qui est surprenant dans le sens où beaucoup de gens m'avaient dit le contraire. Et le prix n'était pas plus cher qu'en France.
