今の旬と言えば、生しらす（ちりめんじゃこ）ということで、食べに行きました。昼時でしたがすんなりと入れました。お盆価格で少し値上がりしていたのが残念、でも臭みもなく、とにかく美味しかったです。汁もじゃこが入ってるよ～卵をいれると味が変わるので途中からがいいかもですね。

生ちりめん（生しらす）はここがおすすめです。生ちりめん丼セット＋茶碗蒸しにすればお吸い物にも、茶碗蒸しにもたくさんのちりめんが頂けます。 以前住んでた湘南も生しらすが有名ですが、こちらの方が断然美味しく、お勧めです。

夏の時期になると無性に食べたくなる！ そんなに丼自体は大きくはないが、初めての人には生しらす丼だけはオススメしない。 とても美味しいが…3分の1辺りから生臭く感じてしまい、美味しさが半減してしまう。 3色ちりめん丼と言うものがあり、釜揚げシラスと生しらすの味が楽しめるので、初めての人はこちらがオススメ。 入浴施設ないのご飯屋とあなどれない！ (これ以外を食べたことはないが…笑)

広島在住の頃は毎シーズン家内と行ってました。 九州出身の僕にとっては生ちりめんは憧れの食材(^-^) 御膳を注文し、生ちりめん丼には生卵が乗ってますが、個人的には生ちりめんの本来の味を堪能したく、卵だけ先に食べます。 新鮮でほろ苦く、何とも言えない美味しさ！ 解禁日がはっきり決まってないので、暑くなり出したら電話で開始日を聞き、終了時期も電話でチェックするほどリピートしてました。 広島は牡蠣は勿論美味しいけど、生ちりめんや小イワシの刺身も本当に美味しい！...
