On our way to lake Toya, we passed by this place for lunch. It was full house so we had to write our name on the list and wait for our turn. We waited for almost 20-30min. Inside was really warm 😅 even though outside was like 12 degrees Condensation was everywhere inside. Soba was good. I had the cold soba with the tempura bits and add on prawn tempura. Yum. Left with a happy tummy ☺️

Food is nice and with a reasonable price. Coffee price at Jpn 580. but if you order set there (not expensive also), - free flow drink included the coffee!!! (We can't believe our ears, and confirmed twice before we dare to get our coffee :D)

令和６年５月のある日、 「名水手打 一心庵」さん という蕎麦屋さんを初訪問し、店内が先客さんで満席だったため、手書きのメニューを見たり、店外で一服しておりますと、テーブル席が開きましたということで、到着から約１０分で入店いたしました。 商品を注文してから約５分後、私が注文いたしました＂ざるそば＂と、訪問時が正に旬「アスパラ」等の天ぷらでセットとなる 季節限定「アスパラ天そば １４００円」 が配膳されまして、 〇北海道寿都郡黒松内町産のそば粉を＂京極ふきだし＂の湧き水で打たれている二八そば 〇刻みネギ、辛味大根、ワサビの薬味 〇つゆ 〇抹茶塩とゆず塩が添えられました大小様々のサイズのアスパラ天、海老天、ピーマン天 という詳細なセット内容を確認いたしましたが、注文を受けてから揚げられたアスパラ天が気になって仕方ありませんでした。 よって、アスパラ天が冷めないうちに、こちらのアスパラ天そばを実食してみましたら、細めの二八そばは喉越しがよく、薬味が効いたつゆを絡めれば、つるつると次から次へと頬張ってしまうぐらいに美味しかったですし、「アスパラって、こんなに柔らかくて、美味かったけ？」と思わず声が出てしまうぐらいに、アスパラ天がめちゃくちゃ美味しく、その美味しさを楽しみながらと言いますか、食べてしまうのを惜しむかの如く、ゆっくりいただいたのでありました。
