Words can't express how much I loved this cafe's atmosphere. I loved every minute of being in the company of Emi-san, her daughter, and her grandmother.
They serve toast, coffee, and sandwiches - all of them are delicious.
In the midst of the cold winter weather, warmth was what the cafe offered; food is essentially the "dessert."
As a solo traveler, I have to admit that there are moments when I get homesick, but Cafe Mugen made me feel as if I was with family.

I had to wait for my entrance time at the Katsura Villa and I didnât know were to go, but luckily I found this place on Google Maps. The owners were very kind with me and we had a nice talk!
