I ordered Miso Ramen, Taiwan Ramen and Ramen. Overall the taste is good with a considerable price. The Taiwan Ramen is superb. And the owner is kind enough to give us extra oden and some egg, will definitely come back again if had a chance.

城陽のラーメン屋台の台湾ラーメンが好きだったので、京都市内で食べられるのかと喜んで伺ったが…かなり違った。 まずミンチと玉ねぎの炒めたものがほぼ入ってない。あれが甘味やコクを生み、台湾ラーメンらしさに繋がってると思うのだが。ここのオリジナリティーを出すためにあえて変えたのかとも思ったが、数ヶ月前の過去写真には山盛りのミンチが写っており、ここ数ヶ月で路線を変えたのか、あるいは完全に入れ忘れているのか。謎である。 味は、本店の味を知らなければ文句言うほどではないが、やはり物足りなさは否めない。麺も本店のと違う気がする。 自分の店なんだから、独自色を追求するのは店主の自由だが、同じ名前を冠している限り、同じ味を求めてくる客は続くだろう。いっそ名前を変えたらどうか。

We were a little late coming here, and the guy initially told us they were closed. After standing outside on our phones for a few minutes, he came back out to tell us they were sold out of everything except for spicy Ramen. He was so nice, and the food was even nicer! Completely...
