It was my first meal in Kyoto and the ramen is impressive! I recommend the Sichuan Tan Tan Men! The portions are generous for its price. The staff were really nice too. I accidentally left my phone in the restaurant and went somewhere else, when I realised I lost my phone and went back to the restaurant, the staff kept it for me and returned it to me as soon as he saw me. 幾度となく移転を繰り替えされ、現在は三条通北側で営まれている担担麺のお店です。円町や京都駅前にも店舗がありますが、こちらが本店になります。 カフェ風のお洒落な店構え。入店すると手前にカウンター、奥にテーブル席があります。 注文は口頭にて。 若くてシュッとした男女スタッフでお店を回されており、接客も大変丁寧です。

「幻の…トマトガーリック担担まぜそば　期間限定」

姉妹店「幻の...lasagna+dining」のオープン記念として販売されていたメニューです。 トマトとチーズがたっぷり使用され濃厚な味わい。ニンニクの香ばしさも効いて、これはもはやイタリアン。 フィットチーネのような平打ち麺もモチモチ、さらにチーズが溶けてとろとろになったトマトソースに絡んで、超こってりした感じがイイですねー。 具材のトマトやレッドオニオンがフレッシュで重さを和らげてくれます。 〆にライスダイヴすれば最高でしょうね。

「マーラー担担つけ麺 期間限定」

これはビックリ！もはや固体と言って良いほどドロドロのつけ汁。迫力満点です。 心地良く香る胡麻の風味と後からやって来る痺れに辛味。好きな人には堪らんヤツです。 個人的にはもっとシビ辛感強くてもイイかもです。 艶やかな平打ち麺がええ感じ。強いつけ汁に飲み込まれることなく、その存在を示します。 ライスダイブすれば間違いないヤツですが、つけ汁の濃度粘度が高いためペース配分を考えないと極上の〆にたどり着けなくなりますよ。

「胡二郎 期間限定」

2025年初頭に提供された冬季限定。二郎系担担という相反するようなジャンルを上手く組み合わせた逸品です。 にんにくありでパンチを伝えつつ、マイルドな担担スープが上品な面を覗かす面白さもあります。 ツルシコ平打ち麺がこれまた大きな存在感。滑らかな麺肌を備え啜って良し、確かなコシで咀嚼して尚良し。このメニュー専用の麺なんでしょうか。大変素晴らしい麺です。 全体的にもサラッとイケるガツ盛りで、幅広い層に受けそうな一杯でした。
