all i have to say about this place is...GO!!! this place is always packed. when ur being serve, its like ur in some fancy hotel, with the way the staffs speak to u. they may not have much to choose from but, i guarantee the choices they have will not disappoint ur tastebuds!. it is so completely different from what ur normally familiar with. We had a few dishes here. While the ramen didn't quite hit the mark for us, the fried rice and chicken karaage were actually pretty good. Staff were alright and service was smooth. 松本平田駅の西側の離れたところにお店があります。 店内はカウンター席とテーブル席、座敷と広く、駐車場も多いです。 本店は上田市にあり、信州ラーメン四天王の1店として名を馳せています。

メニューも多くありますが、メインは豚骨ベースの背脂が浮いたラーメンです。 豚骨ベースのばりこてラーメンは、メインの白、博多ラーメン寄りのゼロ、辛いひき肉が乗った赤、魚介、の4種類があり、麺も細麺や太麺と種類があります。 ばりこて白は意外にあっさりでマイルド、と紹介されていますが私はかなり重いラーメンという印象を受けました。 豚骨ベースのスープは背脂が多いものの、かなり甘みがあるためいただきやすいですが、甘さのせいか食べ続けているとかなり重さを感じます。 大盛りや替え玉もあり、太麺でも替え玉ができるのはいいですね。 チャーシューは炙られていて香ばしいのですが、脂身が多く固く冷たいので少し残念です、しばらくスープにから沈めていただくのがいいかもしれません。 キャベツサラダのサービスもあり、嬉しいポイントです。 甘さと脂濃さでかなりお腹にズシンとくるラーメンのためオープン当時より足が遠のいていましたが、もう少し色々なメニューを開...
