Jun Roaster — Restaurant in Matsusaka

Absolutely perfect coffee, making incredible use of their own selection of beans. The toasts are also great, and the gentleman barista is very kind. The place has an otherworldly atmosphere: bare concrete walls, but with several vintage elements that look like they came straight from a 19th century small town market in Italy.

Between that and the coffee counter, if there were neon signs you'd swear you stepped into Blade Runner.
