Sakurakomachi Matsusakaten — Restaurant in Matsusaka

My Japanese is pretty lacking yet my server was very patient with me and even better yet the food was absolutely amazing! It blends the best of both cuisines, using Italian techniques with Japanese ingredients creates such a unique flavor palette. The price is about 1.2k yen per entree and I think it's justified for the amount of work and ingredients that went into this.

I had some sauce left over from my dish and I drank it all up because it was just that amazing!

I'd say it only loses points on the soup that came with the dish as I don't think it paired well with the pasta set but that's negligible in the long run because you do not have to order the set meal!
