美食坊 ハルピン — Restaurant in Matsuyama

As I was going to take a highway bus from Matsuyama station, I settled my lunch here. It is well located and lives up to the good reviews.

I ordered the mapo tofu set which came with pan fried dumplings and almond tofu dessert. I was impressed with the taste and portions given it only cost ¥1,280! It was also a pleasant surprise that the mapo tofu had a slight spiciness and was not sweet. A very satisfying meal indeed! 😋

2024.11.04 【家族コース】7品4500円 「野菜サラダ」 普通 「酢豚」 甘めな普通の酢豚。豚はカリカリで良かった。 「麻婆豆腐」 かなりの激ウマ。肉が粗挽きで多めに入っていて肉肉しさを感じられて良い。そこに豆豉のコクがしっかりしてホアジャオのシビれが程よくありバランス良く力強い一品。 「焼売」 今まで食べた焼売で一番美味い。ジューシーで肉肉しく誰もが美味しいと言える感じ。餃子でも無いのにこんなにジューシーなの凄い。 「餃子」 これも大当たり。手作りのモチモチ厚めの皮がよく、そこにまた肉を惜しげもなく入れてあり力強い一口。ホアジャオもやんわり香りシンプルに激ウマ。そしてなかなかデカい。 「鶏の唐揚げ」 シンプルにジューシーで美味い。最近そこら辺の唐揚げのレベルが上がりすぎてるせいか美味いけど格別な旨さでは無い印象。 「炒飯」 ややしっとり型の油がしっかりしていて美味い炒飯。肉はハムベース。 【総評】 町中華と思いきや店内は中国語が飛び交う本格派。味は日本人向けの食べやすい具合で力強い味わいが作れていて凄い。こんな誰にでも勧められる中華料理屋...
