ディナーで、焼鳥と一品料理をいただきました🍴🙏 水俣市の夜の街にひとつだけ別世界のようにポツンと佇む高級感のある平屋の建物の焼き鳥屋さんです❗ 店内も複数のお座敷の個室とカウンターで、美味しい焼鳥が食べる事が出来ますよ👌 焼鳥では絶妙な塩加減で、鶏皮、砂肝、手羽先、ハツ元が薦めですよ👌 一品料理では、鳥スープ麺を食べましたが、スープの味はかなり美味しかったのですが、地元の麺がスープとあまり合って無い感じで、麺は少し残りました😅 時間がない事を事前に伝えていたため、料理の提供もスピーディーに対応いただき、良かったのですが、地方にあるお店としては、焼き鳥は、ちょっとお高めでしたね😅
