cafe 合う時 — Restaurant in Minamifurano

It's so rare to find dinner places that are still opened at 6.45pm in Hokkaido, and I'm glad this great cafe was still opened, true to the Google operation hours!

When you walk in, you'll be greeted with the owner's vintage collections and display of currencies from different countries. The owner shared with us that some currencies were given by guests, and we contributed eventually too! Love every cosy little cafe with personal touch :)

Food was great! Napolean and cream pastas were great, and they came with free pudding. The servings were huge too.

Toilet was small, but very clean!

Do note though, it may not be easy to spot the cafe if you're driving there because the door is closed even though the cafe is open. The sign of the cafe name is small too. Look out for a green banner that says 'Cafe Open' (see photos) and it's the grey...

The pasta looks very simple at the beginning but absolutely delicious! The meal also comes with a small dessert (pudding?), also a delicious one as well. What surprised me is actually the collection in the shop - so many things I’ve never seen before! Collection of money notes from different countries, film cameras, old videos games consoles machine, typing machine, even mysterious rulers!

The location itself is quite easy to find but the door is closed even the restaurant is open....

Hard to find a restaurant that still opens after 5pm at this area. Googled and we found this place, went in and was greeted by the owner politely. Pasta was well seasoned and mild, which suits us.
