I’ve been a long time customer of Hamazushi, preferring it to this restaurant in the past, but Covid has changed everything. My previous issues with Kappa Sushi were a poorly positioned electronic order pad which really strained your neck to see what was available and push the button. The order pads are now detachable. The Shinkansen delivery system is now better than the alert mode that something is coming at Hamazushi.
