【星１つマイナス評価理由】 ◯ある席のトイレの近さ →トイレの出入りの際、ドアの開け閉めでトイレの空気が「フゥン」と押されて背中側から料理方向に来る感じがとても不快。カウンターの一番奥の席です。狭くてもいいから壁で仕切るとか工夫がほしいところ。ドアの中がすぐトイレでは無いものの、人によっては辛いか。 →この時は風に乗って、謎の虫が飛来しました。 （お店のせいではなくとも、改善の余地はあると思います。） ◯料理の補充とユーザー 大変な人気店であり、料理を出してもすぐ無くなる。特に茶碗蒸し、スイーツはひどいときには補充されない時すらある。声をかけても出てこない時もある。 やっと出たと思ったら、一気に持っていってしまうお客さんが存在する。 これらの状況から、補充に対して工夫の必要がある。 ◯セルフサービスの配膳位置が狭い。 →行けばわかります。

【総　括】 非常にコストパフォーマンスに優れた優良店 料理も美味しく、子供にもお財布にも、健康にも優しい。 一方で、そのような特性と相まって、民度の低いユーザーが存在することも事実で、それはお店のせいではないのですが、補充が早ければ解決できる事項なので、検討してさらに素晴らしいお店になって益々繁盛されることを祈念致します。

Really good katsu. Despite being picky eaters my kids thoroughly enjoyed the food here. Tasty, nice and both salads, rice and appetizer variety is incredible for a katsu place. とんかつは美味しかったです。 ですが、入店してもいらっしゃいませもなく、名前を記入して待っていましたが確認にもこない。5分程の待ち時間でしたが、私と目線が合わない。目の前を通っても無視。普通は人数聞いて待たせるなら一言「少々お待ちください」とか言いますよね？自分が入店したことを認知してもらえてないんじゃないかと幸先不安でした。 しばらくしてカウンター席を案内されましたが、注文方法の説明もなくいなくなる店員。タッチパネルで注文なのね。でもみんなビュッフェ行ってるけどどうやって頼むのかな？行ってもいいのかな？セットなのかな？なんにも説明ないから全く分からない。すごく不親切。 メニュー表見て食事頼めばビュッフェがつくことを知り、いざビュッフェ取りに行くとデザート系が空の容器ばかりで4.5種類甘味の名札はありましたが、私がお店にいた1時間、全く継ぎ足されることもなく、食べたいものが全然食べられなかったです。その場で言いたかったですけど、他のお客さんも店長らしき人に同じようなことで文句を言っていたので話しかけるのを辞めました。そのお客さんはおしるこが空のままずっと放置されてることに怒ってたけど、おしるこだけ補充されてただけでその他の甘味は全くないまま。あるなら補充！ないなら下げましょうよ。反省生かさないんだ。と思ってそのまま退店しました。セットの値段にビュッフェ代が入ってるならその分返金してほしいくらいです。
