宮古島、5月の陽射しは既に夏を予感させる。そんな日に訪れたのは、ブルーシール宮古島店。沖縄発祥のアイスクリームブランドとして、地元の人々や観光客に親しまれているその名は、誰もが一度は耳にしたことがあるだろう。

店内に入ると、まず目を引いたのはカラフルなディスプレイ。アイスクリームのショーケースには、定番の味から季節限定のフレーバーまで、多彩な選択肢が並んでいる。ハイビスカスとマンゴーの季節限定フレーバーは、まさに南国を感じさせる色彩と香りだ。

クレープのメニューも豊富だ。展示ケースには様々なトッピングが施されたクレープが、美しくディスプレイされている。バニラアイスがトッピングされたもの、フルーツがたっぷりと使われたもの、どれも食欲をそそる。この日はどれを選ぶべきか、迷うのも楽しみの一つだ。

僕が特に心惹かれたのは、ハンモックのチェアだ。大きな窓から差し込む光が、ハンモックのカラフルな布に反射して、なんとも言えない穏やかな雰囲気を醸し出している。この席は人気だというが、確かにここで揺られながらアイスクリームを楽しむのは、何とも贅沢な時間だ。

選んだのは、アーモンドピスタチオと塩ちんすこうのダブルスクープ。ピスタチオの濃厚な風味と、塩ちんすこうの絶妙な塩味が、互いを引き立て合う。口の中で溶けるたびに広がる風味は、まさに沖縄の自然そのものだ。

そして、アイスを片手にハンモックへ。揺られながら味わうアイスは、日常の喧騒を忘れさせてくれる。外の景色を眺めながら、ゆっくりと時間が流れる。こういう瞬間が、旅の醍醐味だろう。

クレープも見逃せない存在だ。定番のチョコバナナから、ちょっとした冒険心をくすぐる紅芋アイス入りのものまで。次回はクレープも試してみたい。

ブルーシール宮古島店は、アイスクリームだけでなく、ソフトクリームやタピオカドリンクも提供している。多様な選択肢に、訪れる度に新たな発見があるに違いない。店の隣には駐車場もあり、車で訪れても安心だ。

ここで過ごした時間は、僕にとって一つの小さな贅沢だった。沖縄の風を感じながら、ゆったりとした時間の中で味わうブルーシールのアイスクリーム。次回もまた、この場所で新たな味を探求したいと思う。

Miyako Island, with the May sunlight already hinting at the arrival of summer. On such a day, I visited Blue Seal Miyako Island. As an ice cream brand originating from Okinawa, its name is familiar to both locals and tourists alike.

Upon entering the store, the colorful displays immediately caught my eye. The ice cream showcase featured a wide range of flavors, from the classic to the seasonal specials. The seasonal flavor of hibiscus and mango truly evoked the colors and scents of the tropics.

The crepe menu was also extensive. The display case showcased various crepes, each beautifully adorned with different toppings. Some had vanilla ice cream, while others were packed with fresh fruits, all tempting my appetite. Deciding which one to choose was part of the fun on this day.

What particularly captivated me were the hammock chairs. The large windows let in plenty of light, which reflected off the colorful fabric of the hammocks, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere. These seats are popular, and indeed, enjoying ice cream while gently swaying in a hammock feels like a luxurious moment.

I chose a double scoop of almond pistachio and salty chinsuko. The rich flavor of pistachio and the subtle saltiness of the chinsuko complemented each other perfectly. With each melt in my mouth, the flavors expanded, embodying the essence of Okinawa's nature.

And then, with ice cream in hand, I settled into a hammock. The combination of savoring the ice cream while gently swaying allowed me to forget the hustle and bustle of daily life. Gazing at the scenery outside as time leisurely passed by – this is the true joy of travel.

The crepes are also not to be missed. From the classic chocolate banana to the more adventurous red potato ice cream crepe, I’m looking forward to trying them on my next visit.

Blue Seal Miyako Island offers not only ice cream but also soft serve and tapioca drinks. With such a variety of options, there's always something new to discover with each visit. The store has a parking lot nearby, making it convenient for those traveling by car.

The time I spent here was a small luxury. Savoring Blue Seal's ice cream while feeling the Okinawan breeze and enjoying the leisurely pace – I look forward to exploring new flavors here...

宮古島にあるブルーシールの一つです。多くのブルーシールでは、凝った外装・内装をしており、一部は過度に華美な印象を与えますが、このお店は店名にあるように青を主体とした装飾が散りばめられているものの、それほど華美ではなくどちらかと言えば控えめ。その分、落ち着いた雰囲気を醸し出しており、ゆったりとした気分で店内でソフトクリームを堪能することが出来ると思います。 ブルーシールのグッズも販売されていますが、それらの販売面積やグッズの数・種類は少なめ。希望するグッズが陳列されていない場合があるため、ここでのグッズの購入は大きな期待をしない方がいいかもしれません。 ソフトクリームだけでなく、クレープ・タピオカ等も販売しており、氷菓の品揃えは豊富だと思います。利用客が少ない時間に利用したからか、スタッフの接客対応にも余裕があり丁寧で、商品の受け渡しもスムーズでした。 建物の1階にあるため、若干の段差はあるものの車椅子等の障碍を持つ方でも気軽に利用できると思います。

Many Blue Seal shops have elaborate exteriors and interiors, some of which give the impression of being overly ornate, but this shop, as its name suggests, is not so ornate, but rather modest, with blue as the main color of decoration. This creates a relaxed atmosphere, allowing customers to enjoy soft serve ice cream in a relaxed atmosphere. Blue Seal goods are also sold, but the sales area and the number and variety of those goods are small. Since the desired goods may not be displayed, you may not have high expectations when purchasing goods here. In addition to soft-serve ice cream, they also sell crepes, tapioca drinks, etc., and I believe they have a large selection of cold iced products. Perhaps because we visited at a time when there were few customers, the staff was attentive and courteous, and we were able to receive our items smoothly. The store is located on the first floor of a building, so although there are some steps, I think it can be easily used by people with disabilities such as...
