Soraneko Jujisha — Restaurant in Miyakojima

Sadly, I do not think the owner knows how to change the hours on Google Maps. Her bread is well sought after from all the resorts and restaurants on the island. She is actually extremely busy witg all the daily orders from all the companies on the island. Therefore, she is rarely open to the public.

With that being said, the owner was extremely nice and apologized profusely when I knocked on the door. She explained to me the situation and even let me in to buy one of her breads. Further, since she was so sorry, she gave me a free donut. She definitely did not have to do this, but just from this small gesture, it is clear that she values all of her customers. If I lived on the island, I know I would visit this place every week and become friends with her as she was extremely kind...

当日の開店時間とお店の位置や駐車場を確認しようと早朝にお店の前に居たら、たまたまお店の方がゴミ出しに来られて自分に気が付いて声をかけてもらい『今日は営業日だけど一般のお客様に出せる分が焼けないので臨時休業なんです…』と言われショック😨 『ただ昨日の残りでも良ければ少しあるのでいかがですか？』と言われたので、普通に営業されていても出来立てのパンが食べれる確率も高くないしわざわざ断る理由も無いかぁ…と思い取り敢えずお店の中へ。 『ウチのパンは水を殆ど使用していないので直射日光とかでなければ２～３日大丈夫だよ～』と教えてもらい明日の朝食分も計算してあんぱんとチーズパンとクルミパンを買いました。 お店の方が二人で忙しそうに作業されていたのに丁寧な対応をして頂き本当にありがとうございました。 その後、美味しいパンを食べながらビーチでノンビリ頂きました。
