AVOID AT ALL COSTS, Especially for Tourists!

I was drawn to this restaurant by its high ratings, but it turned out to be a complete tourist trap. My experience was terrible, and I strongly advise other travelers to stay away.

1.Extremely Overpriced for Tiny Portions: The prices are shockingly high, but the amount of food you get is incredibly small. We left the restaurant still feeling hungry and feeling completely ripped off. It offers absolutely terrible value for money. 2.Poor and Disappointing Taste: The food was just plain bad. It was bland, lacked any authentic Korean flavor, and was one of the most disappointing meals I've had in Korea. 3.Questionable Food Safety: This is the most alarming point. Some of the food had a sour, "off" taste, making me believe it had gone bad or was on the verge of spoiling. This is a major health and safety concern and is completely unacceptable. 4.Misleading Ratings: I can only assume the high rating comes from local regulars. For a foreign visitor, the experience is clearly very different. Don't be fooled by the high score as I was; it does not reflect the quality of the food or the value you receive.

Conclusion: Save your money and your appetite. You can find much better, safer, and more authentic Korean food for a fraction of the price just around the corner. This was a truly regrettable...

電話対応ものすごく悪かったです。 ⭐️1もつけたくない。 沖縄市店の予約を、間違えて宮古島にかける人が多く店員が困ってるとSNSでありましたが、電話対応の一言目「はい、トバンで〜す」と怠そうな喋り方でした。 複数の店舗があるなら「トバン〇〇店です」と言うべきだと思います。 「ご予約は何名様ですか」とか「何時ごろご予約予定ですか」と聞き返すセリフもなく、「あ、はい〜」と言うレベル。 最後にこちらが「宜しくお願いします」と言った際「ういーす」と言って返されました。 こんな電話対応悪いお店は初めてです。 まるで中学生が電話とってるような低レベルの対応でした。

よくこのレベルで電話対応してるなぁと思いました。予約を間違えた趣旨を伝えると鼻で笑われた上「こっちが迷惑なんですよね〜」「で？？キャンセルなんすっよね？笑」と馬鹿にされた感じで言い返されました。 間違えた私にも落ち度はありますが、そもそもそんなに間違い電話があるなら、予約の最後に予約の日時と予約者の名前を確認する際に一緒に店舗が合ってるか確認するなどするべきだと思います。

電話中、何度も「で？？沖縄市に電話しようとしたんでしょ？？あー、はいはいキャンセルでいいんすね？」と言われました。 お客側からしてもこの電話の後、沖縄市店に文句言うんだろうなと分かるほど対応悪かった。 お客側は初めて電話をかける人もいて間違い電話が多いと言う事情も知らないのによくその態度で電話対応任されてるなぁと思いました。

というか、そもそも予約をとった後に繰り返しお客様の予約の確認さえもしなかったので、対応の悪さが招いた結果だと思うのですが…

どんなに料理が美味しくても、この電話対応してる人がいるのであれば、行ける距離だとしても行きたくないと思いました。 SNSで従業員の顔も晒してるのによくこんな対応の悪さで仕事できるなぁと思いました。

沖縄市店と思って電話かけた側からしたら沖縄市の従業員の対応が悪いと勘違いしかねないので、沖縄市店にも迷惑だと思います。

電話担当の「基本電話対応、俺っすね〜」と言ってた方に言いたいです。 対策も考えないで、系列店に間違い電話が多いからどうにかしろと連絡するのはどうかと思います。

最後に、沖縄市店は従業員の対応とてもいいで...
