Pai Nagama Beach — Attraction in Miyakojima

Terrible beach. Entering the designated swimming area is full of sharp rocks and dead coral which will cut you and cause injuries to feet and hands if you’re not careful.

Said swimming area is surrounded by people kayaking or jetskiiers. Beyond that area is just a port designed for cruiseliners, fishing boats and other logistical boats. Absolutely poor planning by the city council.

Just go to Sunayama or Yonoha Beaches, much better quality sand and water. Don’t waste your time here when it can be spent at...
