McDonald's — Restaurant in Miyakonojo

The staff at this McDonald's on July 27, 2019 was great. The reasoning for my four stars is that, I believe they should of communicate internally to avoid the situation my family and I had to go through. I felt a little embarrassed, but I think the manager did her best. So, my stories goes, my family and I arrived at McDonald's drive through at 10:29 trying to order McDonald's morning menu, which ends at 10:30, but the drive through menu was already the the regular menu. So, we asked the attendant of the drive through if we can still order the morning menu by going inside, and she responded with a yes. So, we went in, and asked to order, and the manager came out saying "no." I was a little confused by this, so I explained to her saying the drive through lady said yes. Luckily the manger was pretty flexible, and let us order with a limited breakfast menu. At the same time, we were there at 10:30, so we were able to enjoy ordering from both the breakfast and the regular menu.

Separate from my experience, this McDonald's is very clean with plenty of parking spaces. It is easily accessible from the main road, as it is located an intersection with a light. There are also security personnel outside guiding traffic during peak business hours, which makes it feel safer. I have been here multiple times before, and you don't have to order a smile to get a smile. Very friendly, and I highly recommend this place. 商品の入れ方が雑。バーガーの上にハッシュドポテトを横に積み重ねてあった為潰れて紙にくっついてたり他の商品に油が染み込んでた。 マネージャーでこんな御法度な入れ方するのはこの店舗以外見た事ない。 店舗に連絡した時のの対応も不適切。 ハッピーセットのおもちゃも外側で触れば違いは分かるのに同じものが２つ入っていた。 ここの都城インター店は提供クオリティ無いですし朝方炭酸の飲み物やコーヒーが販売停止してる事もあるので使用しないで近くの都城店を利用した方が良いですよ。

たまにミスはありますが対応がしっかりしてますし家まで新しい商品を持って謝罪に来てくれたり遠い場合はしっかり返金...

休日のドライブスルーの混雑は凄まじいものです。渦巻いてますよ。 暑い中、排気ガスの中、対応されるスタッフの方は相当大変ですよ。 車を降りてもいい方は、アプリを入れて注文決済をすませ、少し待って店内に取りに行くというやり方をした方がかなり早く受け取れると思いますよ。 ドライブスルーの列が、イートインや店内受け取りのために駐車している車の出庫を阻まないように誘導の方やドライブスルーの方は注意してほしいです。また店内派も停める場所に注意したほうがストレスフリーです。店員さんはとても素晴らしいと思います。ドライブスルーの渦に苦情を...
