The drinks are good, the food is good, the service is barely OK, one thing that really goes beyond my comprehension os that there has been 3 times in a row that I go there to enjoy a matcha latte and before ordering I ask the staff if they have sugar free or low calorie sweeter, every time they confirm they do and when they finish making the order they let me know that they ran out. So in other words they suck at providing a reasonable service. Since there are not a lot of coffee shops around Miyakonojo, you end up coming back tu Handsman Tullys.
