青辰 — Restaurant in Miyazaki

An intimate local gem well worth a visit. The restaurant is small, seats 6, but if you're fortunate enough to get a seat, you're in for a treat. The atmosphere was amazing - we sat with 4 extremely friendly and talkative locals - the chef was great and gave a demonstration of how to handle the rice, and the sushi was fantastic. Especially the unagi I'll recommend. It ended up being a rather expensive night due to all the alcohol consumed with the 4 locals, but it was worth every penny. Definitely...

Quality of food was absolutely amazing! They didn't speak any English but Google translate is all you need to understand the menu. Well worth the effort.

The shop only sits 6 so that's something to note but makes for an intimate experience. 10/10 would recommend...

주변 스시집 중에 압도적으로 제일 맛있다까지는 아니지만 맛도 있고 주인분들이 엄청 친절하심. 리뷰중에 60000엔 나왔다고 별점 하나 준 리뷰 있던데 주인분들 말로는 비싼 코스에 우니랑 이것저것 시키면서 가격이 올라갔는데 의사소통이 제대로 안돼서 해결이 잘 안된듯. 바가지 씌울만한 장소는 아니니까 가보는것 추천 다만 코스 끝나고 하나씩 따로 시키면 가격이 높아지니 가격...
